Our approach
Guided by Faith, Compassion, and Excellence
At Morning Star Midwifery & Birth Center, we pride ourselves on integrating the wisdom of traditional midwifery with the insight of modern medical practices.
Our mission is to provide dignified healthcare that honors God’s design for women, embracing their natural capacity for birth and motherhood.
As a Catholic birth center, our focus is on restoring the sovereignty of creation through natural, holistic, community based care. Our compassionate, faith-centered team is dedicated to supporting you with care that aligns with God’s plan throughout every phase of your journey.
Our services
-
Prenatal
As your primary care providers, we monitor the health of both you and your growing baby, while respectfully helping you navigate the decisions and choices that come with pregnancy and childbirth.
We extend beyond the traditional healthcare model, incorporating nutritional guidance, wellness education, and spiritual support that respects your belief system.
Visits are between 30-60 minutes. Husbands and children are always welcomed and encouraged!
-
Birth
During birth, you will receive the highest level of care as you safely and comfortably give birth to your baby.
Throughout labor, we will monitor mom and baby to ensure the safest and healthiest outcomes.
Families may choose the comfort of their own home, or one of our beautiful birthing suites.
-
Postpartum
Postpartum Home visits are provided for all families within 24-28 hours after birth. Families return at 2 and 6 weeks for routine follow-on care.
We provide evaluation of mom's physical and emotional health, breastfeeding, and monitoring baby's weight gain and health, along with resources and guidance to assist you during the crucial early weeks of parenthood.
From your first connection with Morning Star, you will find care that honors your Catholic values and the sanctity of life.
